Desktop/ Trade Floor Support Analyst with fidessa/ Bloomberg/ Reuters
Desktop/ Trade Floor Support Analyst with fidessa/ Bloomberg/ Reuters required by a Finance company based in the City of London. You will be able to provide high level customer service, supporting all users and maintaining all internal systems. The role may vary from helping a trader to supporting a user over the phone. Technically you will have knowledge of both front office and back office technologies including: Fidessa, GL Trade/ RIMS, MS Excel, Outlook, good understanding of Windows XP operating system and handheld devices. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the principles of networking and security and of stockbroking and trade flow. You may encounter issues specifically with a trade and not necessarily with an IT function so knowledge in this area is a must. You must have good customer facing skills.
