Superb opportunity for a Digital ASIC Design Engineer with keen interest in Graphics core development. Digital, ASIC, SoC, Design, RTL, Graphics.

Our client, a market leader in embedded graphics, is in a period of huge growth and shows no sign of slowing down. On the back of continued success they seek a Digital ASIC Design Engineer to work on their next generation of advanced graphics cores, targeting a wide range of consumer applications.

The role will involve working within an expert ASIC design team developing highly complex designs; you will be involved in the entire design process from specification, implementation, verification and synthesis. As the team grows so will your responsibilities, with opportunities for leadership and management for engineers looking to go in that direction.

Required:

*An excellent academic background, with a Degree qualification (BSc/MSc) in Electronic Engineering or similar

*Strong Digital Design skills using VHDL or Verilog. ASIC backgrounds are preferred, FPGA can be considered

*A thorough understanding of low power design

*A passion for Graphics

*Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to clearly communicate ideas and concepts
