Senior MOSFET Process Integration Engineer

We are currently searching for a Senior Process Integration Engineer with the following key skills: IC, semiconductor, process, integration, engineer, high voltage, MOSFET, automotive, manufacturing, Halbleiter, Austria, jobs

Our international client is now searching for a Senior MOSFET Process Integration Engineer to be responsible for developing new automotive products. The role will involve process development and working in close collaboration with the R&D teams.

Required skills for the Senior Process Integration Engineer will include the following;

- Strong semiconductor integration process experience

- Excellent semiconductor manufacturing background

- MOSFET knowledge

- Strong communication skills (German and English)

- BSc in Physics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
