An experienced Master Data Management professional is sought on a full time permanent basis by one of the largest banks in United Arab Emirates (UAE). This is for a Lead Master Data Management (MDM) Architect (AVP) position.

This is a genuine opportunity to work for one of the largest banks in the Gulf region in addition to exploring a great opportunity to earn tax-free income in a growing economy. Job Description:

Provide conceptual and technical leadership for the bank's Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives. Own the MDM architecture, design and other aspects of implementation as assigned. Manage and lead resources in fulfilling the bank's multi-year MDM vision. Manage and lead the definition and rationalization of business requirements across all business units. Work closely with Enterprise Architecture, PMO and business stakeholders for successful implementation. Make key contributions to EIM vision "to enable data as a high-value, high-ROI managed corporate asset for the bank."

Minimum requirements:

- Minimum 15 years in IT field

- 5 years architecting and implementing Master Data Management solutions for Customer and/or Product domains

- End-to-end full lifecycle MDM experience

- Minimum 2 years' experience with either of IBM, Oracle or TIBCO MDM solutions; alternately 3+ years' experience with other mainstream MDM solutions

- Minimum 3 years in Banking and/or Financial Services

- Minimum 2 year project management experience or minimum 4 years team leadership experience

- 4 years managing resources
