Project Manager - Workforce

As Workforce Project Manager you will take a lead on the following:

* Managing Workforce reductions

* Reducing the use of Bank Agency staff

* Job planning

* Ensure that E-Rostering system is being used efficiently throughout the Trust

* Helping drive Cost Improvements Plans for Workforce for all divisions of Trust

* Provide support to all divisions (Clinical and Non-Clinical) regarding Workforce issues and planning

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

* A proven Workforce or HR background within the NHS (preferably at Acute Trusts)

* Experience of help delivering Cost savings relating to Workforce

* Experience of job planning or managing workforce reductions

* A good understanding of Workforce systems (preferably E-Rostering)

* Project Management experience (beneficial)

The successful applicant will need to be available to start the project no later than the second week of May, however can start immediately if available.
