Data Warehouse Domain Support Lead

Data Warehouse Domain Support Lead sought by International Telco Giant. My client, recognised as one of the top 100 companies to work for is looking to strengthen their internal development and support team within BI. The ideal Data Warehouse Domain Support Lead will come from a development/support background and will have, in a previous role experience of assisting with resolution and support, monitoring DWH support ticket queues, reviewing deliverables prior to deployment and identifying areas of improvement to support services.

Data Warehouse Domain Support Lead key requirements;

- working in a DWH domain developing and supporting star schema

- ETL experience with Informatica

- experience of working in Telecoms (desirable)

- use of UNIX, Shell Scripting, PL/SQL

- understanding of different functions - CRM, Billing, Mediation
