Application Support role - Unix / Linux working on a remote access application with an extensive User base. You will need experience in supporting applications and ideally have knowledge of working with Unix and/or Linux.

Application Support working with a going through a period of massive expansion due to the success of their products, they have hundreds of millions of users and will be supporting blue chip companies using their Unix and Linux version. You will need to have some experience of supporting applications, be driven to deliver excellent service and be technically minded with experience of the Unix and Linux platforms.

Key Skills and Experience

*You will have experience of supporting products running on UNIX/Linux in a commercial environment

*Have Commercial experience with Unix and Linux

*Have excellent experience supporting applications

*Have keen problem solving skills

*Driven to provide excellent customer experience

*Have excellent communication skills

*Be Prepared to work shifts/occasional on-call in order to support clients around the globe (Office hours are 9:00 until 9:00 with shifts planned accordingly)
