This is an excellent opportunity for a Head of Marketing to join a leading, established and growing multi-channel retail business based in Yorkshire. Our client is investing significantly across marketing and is strengthening their senior team with the appointment of a Head of Marketing. This business has a strong proposition in the market with a loyal customer base and over the next 12 months is looking at significant growth. As Head of Marketing you will head up a team, develop the customer insight, proposition and strategy along with managing and executing all marketing campaigns. For this role we are looking for an individual who has a true multi-channel background with a strong understanding of the consumer markets. CRM, direct and digital e-commerce experience is a must.

The Role:

* Support and deliver on the wider commercial plan

* Lead on the multi-channel marketing strategy

* Drive profitability and growth

* Execute and communicate the brand proposition

* Build a strategic road map

* Lead and inspire a growing team

* Develop a deep understanding of customer segments

* Develop and execute the business CRM and multi-channel activity

The Person:

* Outstanding multi-channel consumer/retail marketing experience

* Excellent insight and customer centric experience

* Strong BTL/CRM understanding in conjunction with fantastic digital experience

* Strong commercial acumen

* Strategic but with ability to manage hands on
