MET Marketing are working with a leading fashion brand based in Manchester. This international focused fashion client are now looking for an Email and CRM Marketing Assistant to join their ever growing online marketing team. As the Email and CRM Marketing Assistant you will report into the Online Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for helping to drive email strategy forward, with contribution to content, campaigns and reporting. We are looking for someone with a passion for online marketing and previous experience in email marketing; it would also be advantageous to have a real interest in fashion.

The Role:

* Planning and briefing content stories in emails including international content

* Responsible for overseeing and implementing a campaign schedule via email platform, Responsys

* You will report on the metrics such as click through rates on all email campaigns, both on a weekly and monthly basis

* Generate programme ideas to further brand engagement through emails

* Monitor engagement levels of segmented customer database, with a focus on acquiring new customers especially in international markets

The Person:

* A good understanding of digital marketing especially email marketing and customer journey

* Experience working with a specific email service provider, Responsys would be advantageous

* Competent with reporting tools such as Google Analytics

* Proven attention to detail and accurate work

* Interest in fashion
