Overall Job Purpose
Under the overall supervision of the Head of PMO, the PMO Analyst is responsible for:
Creation & Supporting of Core PMO processes (Reporting, Risks & Issues, Change Management, Planning, Dependency Mgmt)
Utilising project data to create Management Information for use by the ASG Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Leadership team
Create Tools to help monitor process or to help produce Management Information for the ASG COO & Senior Leadership Team
Monitoring and Assuring that projects comply with the GRCB Technology Governance framework
Key Accountabilities
Take responsibility for the establishment and effective execution of Project / Programme Management processes, procedures and tools for the Project or Programme, on behalf of the Programme / Project Manager and Technology Partner. These processes span multiple projects across the entire ASG portfolio.
Own and manage Project/ Programme Management processes, governance, standards and tools on behalf of the COO, including:
Project/ Programme Plan - ensure the project plans are created and maintained to the correct level, agreeing corrective action with Project Managers and making recommendations to Project Manager
"Lessons Learnt - ensure an effective and standard Lessons Learn repository is in operation, all lessons are logged and evaluated by the appropriate Project/ Programme Management
"Sourcing and Third Party relationships: provide assistance with purchase order management to the project/ programme manager by working with either PMO Manager or Senior PMO manager to execute the purchase order.
"Set up project library for new projects and ensure key project documentation is maintained and updated in a standard and consistent way (use of document management tools) on the project library.
"Ensure the provision of set-up, support and detailed guidance on the use of project management and other software tools used by the Project/ Programme, including Navigator, NIKU, Orderbook, SAP, etc…
"Ensure issues with project estimating models are identified and escalated; review and recommend changes/ improvements to Project/ Programme Manager and Technology partner
