Senior Estimator - Central London

The Opportunity

Our client, a top 10, main contractor with a well-established presence in the market has a great opportunity for a Senior Estimator to predominantly work on commercial, residential and mixed use major projects within the Greater London area trading area.

With one of the most highly regarded reputations within the market this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business at senior estimator level. At present our client is predominantly focussing on projects with a value of between 20million - 100million.

The successful senior estimator will take responsibility for aspects of estimating from early tender stages liaising internally with planning & design colleagues to contract competitive bids, typically on D&B. This individual should be able to demonstrate a strong hit rate (1 in 4 or better) on single and two stage D&B tenders.

The Key Senior Estimator Requirements are:

-Minimum 10 years UK experience in estimating roles for recognised main contractors.

-Extensive experience on major projects between 20m and 100m as a Senior Estimator.

-Strong IT skills: Conquest + All Microsoft packages preferred.

-Good knowledge of construction management process and techniques.

-Proven track record securing commercial, mixed use and residential projects a distinct advantage.

-Previous roles: Estimator OR Senior Estimator OR Assistant Estimator.

The Money

Up to 80,000 per annum plus a highly competitive benefits package
