£35,000 to £38,000 + excellent benefits
ARE YOU PROACTIVE AND ENJOY A CHALLENGE? DO YOU WANT TO FURTHER YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY CAREER WITHIN A FAST GROWING TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY? IF SO. THIS COULD BE THE IDEAL ROLE FOR YOU.
This is a superb chance to join a rapidly expanding company in the telecoms and civil engineering sector. Specialising in the installation and maintenance of cables throughout the UK you will be ensuring all aspects of safety are monitored and remain at a very high standard. This safety critical role will require an individual with a very pro active and hands on approach and can live up to the challenge.
You will be spending half of your time office based and the other travelling to the different sites and locations in the South East area, therefore you must demonstrate a willingness to travel. Youll be responsible for a wide variety of duties including advising on method statements/ risk assessments, audits and company compliance with Health and Safety legislations. On top of this you will be assisting on numerous projects and providing your Health and Safety and quality expertise to maintain the current reputation.
This is an excellent but challenging opportunity to join a company who show commitment to their staff and are keen to drive Health and Safety forward.
An ideal candidate will have the following qualifications/ skills:
· NEBOSH Diploma or Equivalent (would consider NEBOSH General)
· NEBOSH Construction (desirable)
· Health and Safety background in Civil Engineering, Telecoms, Building/ Construction
· Proactive and hands on nature
