Scope of Work
· Develop process map and requirement templates
· Host interview / workshops with internal subject matter experts (SMEs).
· Produce immediate actions requirements
· Produce a suite of process maps
· Produce high level requirements
Duration of Contract
We would like to commence this contract as soon as possible and estimate that this work will be delivered within 3 month. However it is expected that this work is likely to lead to a number of follow on projects.
Points to Note:
· The BAs will be required to work on site in Dublin office
· Time and speed of delivery is a critical factor
Skills & Experience
· Ability to gather, monitor, document and analyse data.
· 5-7 years experience in a similar BA role.
· Ability to deliver to within a tight deadline.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal & written).
· Experience in Managing deadlines, Coordinating Activities, Escalating Risk.
· Ability to establish/ creative solutions to meet requirements.
· Strong organizational skills with proven experience in analytical and problem solving techniques
· Ability to manage work time, prioritize effectively and work on own initiative is essential.
· Must be a self starter, highly driven and willingness to make decisions as appropriate.
· Detail-oriented, analytical, and accurate.
