A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to work on one of DUBAI most prestigious projects. United Arab Emirates
Remuneration for Senior Quantity Surveyor - MEP Qauntity Surveyor:
For the right Senior Quantity Surveyor my client is willing to offer the following package:
£85,000 per annum plus benefits
Benefits include: A company car or car allowance, pension and health care

The opportunity for Senior Quantity Surveyor – MEP QS:
My client is one of the Worlds leading cost management consultancies and have office throughout the United Arab Emirates and GCC region. The development in DUbai is a massive commercial development worth billions. My client needs a senior MEP Quantity Surveyor, Mechanical Electrical Quantity Surevyor to work on several major projects and help support a commercial team of quantity surveyors.
What they require in the Quantity Surveyor:
You will need to be at a Senior Quantity Surveyor level ideally with 10 years Quantity Surveying experience in a relevant mechanical and Electrical field.
Commercial based experience is by no means essential for this role, but construction based experience is going to be required ideallly from a construction consultancy background.
You will ideallly have a degree from a western university and be RICS qualified.
