Market Leader currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer / Internal Sales Engineer to work from their office in Hampshire. Excellent package and Benefits.
A leading global manufacturer and distributor of air conditioning and chillier systems operate across 109 facilities in 29 countries, employing 60.000 people. Boasting a multi billion pound turn over, they are current market leaders in the UK.
They have wide product range including Chillers, HVAC coils, Air Handlers, Ventilation fans and Compressors. Supply to both commercial and industrial client. Also offering a range of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and HVAC control solutions to complete their HVAC product range.
Projects are acquired by Sales Teams (Systems and Services Sales Engineers under the coordination of the Sales Manager) in charge of discovering, developing and following up Customers. The Sales Teams are supported by the BAS Sales Engineers (BSE) to create demand, and close the orders.
It is due to current expansion that they require a Technical Support Engineer / Internal Sales Engineer.
Technical Support Engineer / Internal Sales Engineer - Role
§Designing the Controls systems in line with Customer specifications,
§Selecting Building Management Systems (BMS) solutions in line with the optimum design.
§Pricing the project in coordination with the sales team,
§Building the proposal, in coordination with the complete Customer care team in charge of the complete project proposal (HVAC Products, Services, Contracting).
§Participating to management of the pipeline of project opportunities with the existing Commercial & Service Sales forces, in close relationship with the Sales Leaders.
§Supporting the Sales forces, on job by job basis, as Controls & BMS expert, to provide commercial and technical information's to help them winning the jobs.
§Participate to the Handover of the won jobs to the Project Fulfilment Teams.
Technical Support Engineer / Internal Sales Engineer - Job Specifications
·Sales experience within a Controls company, a System-integrator or an HVAC contractor.
·Discovering and understanding the technical Controls specifications for Building Management Systems, and HVAC Controls applications,
·Designing Controls solutions for BMS, and other key Controls systems (Chiller Plant Control, Boiler Plant Control, Air Handling Units, Fan coils, Chilled beams, VAV boxes …)
·Experienced in Controls technologies (Workstations, Network, Protocols, Controllers, Sensors & Actuators, Valves, and Controls logics).
