Business Analyst, Financial Services – York, North Yorkshire
Harvey Nash is recruiting a Business Analyst for a leading financial services organisation based in York. The role to of the Business Analyst will be both diverse and challenging with the opportunity to make a significant, lasting impact on the organisation.
Reporting directly to the Head of IT the role of the Business Analyst will be to effectively research the business requirements, manage the development resources / testing and handle the delivery of the developments.
Essential Skills:
·Experience of carrying out an analyst role previously
·The ability to work individually and within a team of analysts
·Background of both IT and non-IT related projects
·Proven knowledge of providing change analysis and management
·Experience of developing e-commerce solutions
·Strong communication / presentation / influencing skills
Desirable Skills:
·Business studies / analyst qualification
·Prince or equivalent project management qualification
·An understanding of the financial services market
