A highly successful Banking organization, based central Canary Wharf is looking to recruit a Application Support Analyst with SimCorp / AAA (Triple A) experience to work closely with the Service Management team. Due to continued success and paralleled growth within the company, an experienced Application Support Analyst with a proven track record of service delivery in a complex IT environment is required.
The Application Support Analyst will have experience working in the financial sector and have strong experience delivering 2nd Line Application Support services. The Application Support Analyst will have experience of either SimCorp or AAA (Triple A) and possess strong business knowledge across areas supported.
As Application Support Analyst you will be ensuring all live applications are fully supported and meet the requirements all service areas. You will be required to effectively manage and deliver the live service for key applications and services to agreed service levels
