SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR – HIGH RISE TOWER – 3 HIGH RISE TOWERS – SENIOR QS - DUBAI

COST CONSULTANCY – CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANCY:
This cost management consultancy is one of the top ten cost and project management consultancies in the UAE. They have a considerable workforce of over 300 professionals in the UAE and are currently engaged on several billion-dollar projects worth many billions of dollars.
Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:
Senior quantity surveyor to manage several multi-storeys mixed use tower blocks. The buildings will consist of residential, commercial and office space and will occupy a prominent position in DUBAI
The value of the towers is in excess of $1 billion. As a senior quantity surveyor you will be part of the build from the pre-construction phase all the way to the end. The project is expected to take 4 years.
As a senior quantity surveyor you will be MRICS qualified, have experience of managing several high-rise projects and ideally worked for a PQS consultancy previously. You will be living in the UAE already and have at least 5 years UAE experience.
Package for the ideal quantity surveyor/ senior quantity surveyor:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you can expect to earn between £75,000 & £85000 per annum. Flights and medical are included in the package.
