This company is one of the biggest and well known Contractors in the UAE and they are most prominent in Dubai. They are an International contractor with offices all over the world. They're biggest markets are based in the UK and the UAE and this household name now requires a Senior Planner with experience in Leisure & Commercial Construction projects for their existing project in Dubai.


<b><u>The Role of Senior Planner</ b></ u>

This prestigious Multi disciplined contractor is looking for a Senior Planner to work on a new Leisure & Commercial construction project in Dubai. This project is a new build construction project which has been very well publicised and my client is the 1st tier contractor for all of the residential, infrastructure and amenity parts to this mega project in Dubai. The project value exceeds 10 Billion.

<b>Duties will include:</ b>

- Compiling submissions to funders committee
- Completion of monthly reporting dashboard and preparation of documentation required for Formal Management Meeting to tight time lines and changing requirements to reflect the requirements of the programme.
- Production of financial reporting information for both project and corporate budgets, production of the budget tracking documentation (‘Blue Sheet'), generation of variance analysis and submission of accruals data.
- Contract Management and administration.

<b>Key attributes:</ b>

As a Senior Planner you will have 6-15 experience working on Civils and Infrastructure. You must have good communication skills and you will possess extensive Primavera knowledge. Primavera 5 or 6 is preferred but candidates with earlier versions of Primavera may be suitable.


<b><u>The Successful Candidate</ b></ u>

To be successful in this role you will be an experienced Senior Planner and will need to posses the following experience:

- Leisure & Commercial Construction experience within a Blue Chip Contractor, preferably working on a new build project but this is not essential.
- Experience as a practicing Senior Planner with preferably an engineering background
- Measured and well organised approach
- Confident communication, both in writing and in internal and external presentations
- Confident handler with P5 or P6, Power Project, MS Project or Primavera.


<b><u>In Return</ b></ u>

- Basic salary of up to 45,000AED per month(Dependant on experience)
- Plus a package which, dependant on the candidate, can include accommodation, car, medical, flights and utility bills.
