Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Oxford
My client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to work on their expanding project portfolio, based in their Oxford office. The successful Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will ideally have 5 years or more Quantity Surveyor experience.
Location: Oxford
Remuneration:
Up to £45,000 per annum depending on Quantity Surveyor experience
A full negotiable benefits package including car / allowance, pension and healthcare
The Company:
My client develops commercial, industrial, retail and leisure premises, most of which they build themselves. In addition, they provide building and construction services to a wide range of customers varying from 'small ticket' to large capital projects. Due to a number of project wins and excellent management techniques my client now has a pressing need for a Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor.
Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Role:
The successful Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will join the Oxford team, dealing with multiple projects valued up to £1 million.
Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Requirements:
Ideally 5 or more years Quantity Surveyor experience
Experience of working on multiple projects
Knowledge of the NEC contract
Previous work to include refurbishment within education and housing
