Technical Support Analyst required to take on Consulting assignments around the UK, Applications Support/ Helpdesk/ Top 5 Consultancy/ ITIL, London office based with travel to client assignments in Central London, to £24k + excellent benefits.
Top 5 Consultancy and one of the world's largest organisations require an experienced Applications/ Software Support or Helpdesk Analyst to work within leading Applications Management teams in the delivery of major IT Programmes across state-of-the-art business sectors for their leading corporate clients. You will take on responsibility for aiding the support, maintenance and development for a portfolio of business applications and software for the clients.
We require Applications/ Software Support professionals with strong client-facing and 2nd line support experience in similar support roles or similar within large, enterprise-scale environments. You will have ITIL knowledge and accreditation to at least foundation, and experience with Oracle Applications software support.
