How much you achieve in life should not be determined by how much your parents earn. Yet in the UK, it too often is. We believe in the power of education to change this.

We’re looking for a Senior Web Developer to join a growing and dynamic organisation. The IT department operates at the centre of the organisation to provide dedicated IT support to 10 offices across the UK. The team is expected to grow rapidly over the next twelve months and we’re looking for individuals with the technical capabilities to support during this exciting time.

You’ll work closely with the Senior Project Manager to lead on all web-centric development specifically on the Linux Apache MySQL PHP stack and ensure Teach First has first-class frameworks in place to support all of our activities. You will take full ownership of the Drupal platform and work with other members of the IT Solutions team to recommend future developments and solutions on the platform.

Ideally this role would suit an individual with software development experience proven through working within a design agency or through developing a large number of public facing consumer websites. You’ll need to have extensive experience of working with Drupal. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about developing their skills and working within a fast paced and growing team.

At Teach First, we work in partnership with schools and other organisations to end inequality in education by training and developing a community of exceptional teachers who create change within classrooms, schools and across society.
