My NHS client in Leeds requires a Business Requirements Manager for a 6 month initial contract to support the delivery of the National Analysis and Reporting Service (NARS) project that forms part of the Secondary Uses Service (SUS) Programme. The initial phases of NARS will include the delivery of Payment by Results reporting and the replacement of the current Hospital Episode Statistics (HES) service.The Business Requirements Manager will be required to plan and coordinate Business Analysis and Requirements Activities across the project. This will include the capture and documentation of requirements through interaction with technical specialists, and the coordination of the design and supervision of User Assurance Testing (UAT). You will also manage the development of business process models using UML tools. Applicants will have strong experience of Business Requirements Management within NHS environments. Experience of Prince 2 would be advantageous. Please note the deadline for applications will be 11th Sept.
