Our client is a large multi-disciplinary cost and project management consultancy. They have been operating in the UAE for over ten years. They have over 10 offices across the UAE and carry out cost and project management worldwide. They undertake large-scale projects that include high rise residential and commercial towers, high-end property, and infrastructure and public buildings.
The Ideal Quantity Surveyor Cost Manager Senior Quantity Surveyor
Our client is looking for a quantity surveyor or senior quantity surveyor to work on a project in Qatar, Doha. You will deliver this project from inception to completion. They have recently been awarded two major mixed-use developments and require a senior quantity surveyor to work on the project.
As a quantity surveyor, cost manager you will ideally have construction consultancy experience, experience of working in the UAE and delivering high spec iconic projects.
You the Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a degree in a related discipline. If you have never worked abroad before you will have 10 years experience. If you have experience internationally you will need 5 years experience. Any experience in the U.A.E. will be looked upon very favourable but won't be a necessity.
THE REMUNERATION FOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR:
As quantity surveyors with this leading cost and project management consultancy company you can expect a basic salary of between £70000 and £80000.
As well as a basic salary for your services quantity surveyor you will be rewarded with a company car, bonus scheme and help with living costs.
