Huntress Technology, one of the most successful and rapidly growing recruitment groups in the UK, recently invested in by Nomura, the World's 10th largest investment bank, are currently looking to expand their Technology division and bring on a keen, focused, driven individual as a Junior Account manager. Over the course of the next 12mths full training and mentoring will be offered, allowing the incumbent to progress to Account Manager.

The role will involve taking care of our key clients and working to their specific recruitment needs. This will initially involve speaking and dealing with candidates and working closely with the Senior Account Managers, covering a wide portfolio of FTSE100 clients, and will eventually lead to you gaining your own portfolio of clients.

Ideally you will have had some exposure to the recruitment or sales industries; however we are really looking for someone with a drive to succeed and a work ethos to match. The learning curve is steep, however you will be working alongside Account Managers who average c £250k of sales pa and be given the opportunity to learn from and work closely with them. You will be offered a clear career progression plan and will be made aware at all stages of exactly what you need to achieve in order move up the career ladder.
