The primary responsibilities are to continuously control and improve the performance of all business critical processes and assess customer requirements and impacts from this. This will be through the effective investigation, maintenance, tracking and resolution of all operational risks.
To become the subject matter expert for ensuring all employees and processes within your nominated entity are fully compliant with the risk management requirements.
Communication to the Improvement & Efficiencies Manager on risk control weakness / compliance exceptions.
Act as an operations support in the preparation for both internal/ external regulatory reviews - point of contact for Operation Control Compliance monitoring related activity.
Experience of risk/ control management experience in a large organisation, preferably financial services
Practical experience of business improvement tools, methods, systems e.g. LEAN, Six-Sigma
Sound experience of MS Office
Technical appreciation of systems and processes
Excellent communication skills, with attention to detail
Experienced in coaching/ providing developmental feedback to improve employee performance.
