Web Application Developer - Lincoln, Lincolnshire, East Midlands. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join my client, a successful IT network management company who is looking to grow its development department. The ideal candidate must have experience in designing web user interfaces using one or more of the following: PHP, Perl, JavaScript, AJAX, Flash. You should have good experience building internet and web applications in a Linux based environment. In addition knowledge of cross browser issues would be very helpful. You should be educated to a degree level (ideally IT related). Any knowledge of Java, Python or Shell scripting would be beneficial but not essential.
You will be involved in designing and developing web-based user interfaces to complex multi-platform distributed applications, centred on network management and server and storage virtualisation.
