Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Project Surveyor – London City
My client is urgently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Project Surveyor to head up a £12m new build hotel in the Central London area.
ABOUT US
We were formed in 1983, and carry out all types of building and civil engineering work in the public and private sector on a national basis from offices all across the country. Contract values are wide ranging from £1K to £60 million and we operate in all market sections including Civil Engineering, Housing, Industrial, Waste, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical and Commercial including Offices (new build, refurbished and fit out), Motor Trade and Leisure.
THE ROLE
You will take full financial responsibility for the development and be managing a team of onsite surveyors
QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Top 50 main contractor experiences
Ability to run multiple projects
Ability to lead and manage a team independently
Drive and determination to deliver projects on time and on budget
