Project/ Service Desk Coordinator.Reading, Berkshire. Required to join a leading UK IT Consultancy.
The role will involve: 1st line management of my clients Service Desk, managing customer and internal projects and also coordinating engineering resource making sure that customers receive the highest level of service.
You will be required to: Be the main contact point for 1st Line E-mail and Telephone support; Managing support calls; Liaise with manufacturers and customers; Updating Customer information on the Service Desk (Salesforce); Coordinating and managing service led projects; Assist in product development and testing; Creation of customer reports; Documentation and general admin.
