Java Developer (Java 6, J2EE) sought to develop Java 5 / Java 6 in-house trading systems across a range of investment strategies including global macro trading, equities, futures, energy and fixed income markets for this Surrey based Hedge Fund. The ideal candidate will be a bright problem solver with strong Java skills, business acumen and a real desire to learn about financial markets.

Requirements:
•Strong Java development experience
•Degree educated, 2:1 or above ideally in Computer Science or Maths from a top tier university
•Desirable skills include: scripting language (Python or Ruby preferred), J2EE, JBoss, JavaBeans, Spring, Hibernate, Sysbase, Active MQ
