Head of Network Engineering Operations (IP, Data, Internet, EMEA)
Global Commmunications Leader
£60,000-90,000 per annum plus excellent bonus plus extensive benefits
This is a highly visible and key role within a truly pioneering communications organisation. You're main objective will be to create a 'best in class' third line network support function across IP, Internet and Data Platforms, transforming the whole operation from the traditional brake/ fix model to one focused on longterm, sustainable improvement including managing the transition from manual to automated processess. Ultimately we need a passionate and inspirational leader to take both customer service standards and network reliability to a new level.
We want to speak to senior candidates with strong operational experience gained within critical environments, ideally Internet, IP, Frame, ATM network operations exposure.
Experience of driving and managing organisational and technological change, Knowledge of ITIL fundamentals and outstanding verbal and written communication skills will also be essential.
