Service Management Consultant ITIL - £50-55k Home based
Service Management Consultant ITIL. A Market Leading IT Consultancy is now looking for an Operational Service Manager / Service Management to join their rapidly expanding team.
The ideal candidate will be ITIL Certified (preferably to Manager Level) with proven experience in a service management role within an operational environment. You will be experienced in designing and implementing service management solutions as part of multi-stream change programmes, demonstrable consultancy skills, Service architecture skills as well as experience of both using and managing the implementation of Service Management tools and toolsuites.
The role will be home based with elements of travel to client sites throughout the UK. You will be accountable for the successful consistent delivery of agreed targets, being responsible for the proactive management of the Lines of Service to ensure agreed monthly KPIs are achieved. You will ensure all basic required service management tasks are completed consistently on time (SLA, OLA, reporting, review meeting etc). You will also be responsible for the construction and ownership of the service management architecture of a programme or a service component of a large or complex programme as well as providing expertise in identifying, understanding and managing service risk and advising on strategies to mitigate that risk.
