There are several opportunities across the 1st and 2nd line support teams with this leading European Organisation.
You will be responsible for the support of bespoke software for the organisations client base, therefore strong communications skills are required as this is a client facing role.
Experience of providing 1st and 2nd line desktop support is required, with any experience of working within the Healthcare industry being highly advantageous.
You will ideally hold experience of ITIL processes, Windows XP, Lotus Notes, Outlook, Active Directory. However, you will still be considered if you have experience with other technologies.
