Network Engineer
Our client is currently looking for a network engineer to work on an initial 3 month contract. Looking for someone with extensive experience in Genesys and Nortel.
Responsibilities
* Installation and configuration of Genesys and related components including URS, ICS, TServer, MMS, Hyperion and CCPulse
* Assistance with configuration of IVR and VDR
* Assistance with configuration of Telephony environment (Meridian, Nortel CS1000)
* Integration testing between all components
* General environment management
*Conformance to change control procedures
The ideal candidate will be experienced in the following areas:
* Practical experience of Building and configuring Genesys environments.
* Experience in upgrading of Genesys components
* Installation and configuration of Genesys software (including URS, ICS, MMS, Hyperion, CCA, CCPulse and TServers)
* Desirable skills include Meridian and Nortel IVR and Verint VDR.
* Ability to work with and coordinate development, infrastructure and operation teams in a complex operational environment
*Troubleshooting of TServer, URS and other Genesys applications logs.
Soft Skills and Experience:
* Good written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to deal with multiple parallel activities and priorities.
* Ability to deal with constant change
* Strong time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities
