Required Experience and Qualifications:
• 8+ years relevant experience
• Degree in Computer Science related discipline
• Successful implementation of complex .Net environments in financial services
• In-depth experience of Messaging solutions, SOA, C# and VB.Net
• Development methodologies including Agile
• Formal testing and release management
• Familiarity with Sql Server, Oracle, TibCO, Business Objects, PolarLake
• Understanding of financial instruments is desirable
• For future .Net deployment, a knowledge of the following areas would be useful - Windows Presentation Foundation, ASP.NET, AJAX, Silverlight and third party products, Windows Workflow Foundation, Windows Communication Foundation, Language Integrated Query
Behavioural Competencies
• Strong technical competency with a keen interest in the quality of overall solution
• Good mentoring skills
• Proven problem solving capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
