Enterprise Architecture experience - TOGAF and other enterprise architecture frameworks; MBA; Software development lifecycle - waterfall, RUP, Agile, RAD, UML. CMMI with regards to solution definition development and deployment. Technical knowledge - Unix, Oracle, SQL, J2EE, .NET, XML, design patterns, middleware; Infrastructure components - network protocols, security resilience, communications. A degree in science/ engineering/ computing would be advantageous; Prince2 / APMP qualifications.
