Networks Team Leader - London, Cisco, Foundry, TCP/ IP, Routing, Switching, Load Balancing
My client is Europe's, if not the World's, biggest transactional E-Commerce site, managing more transactions on a daily basis than Ebay, Lastminute and Amazon combined. They are world renowned amongst vendors and peers alike for their technical excellence and bleeding edge approach to technological initiatives, and are product engineering partners and Beta test sites for some of the biggest names in hardware and software. They current require and experienced Networks Team Lead to help run a team of global network engineers. Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience of working in high availability, high transactional, 24*7 arenas, experience of team leadership / management, a technical background gained within Cisco / Foundry routers and switches, network load balancing, TCP/ IP, Firewalls, VPNs, WAN, application switches, performance and fault monitoring etc.
