My client is a well-known International organisation and one of the world's top technology innovators. They are currently looking for customer support analysts for the East Anglia/ East Midlands region (ideally Peterborough) to provide remote and client side support. This position will involve supporting the company sales teams at client sales meetings and providing a broad range of technical support to sales representatives and new customers. A broad range of technical skills are needed including knowledge of networks, SQL Server, Windows, Unix, Apple Mac, Windows server, Exchange, Novell, Citrix and Document Management Systems (DMS). Previous experience of working within a customer facing technical support role is required and any knowledge of pre-sales support would be beneficial although not essential. Any knowledge of scripting would be advantageous along with the ability to provide technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.
