The Background
Growing technology outsource organisation with an excellent client base is currently seeking to recruit an addition to their project management team. As a transformation leader you will drive projects throughout the entire life cycle acting as the key lead for change on client site. This is a people management position where you may be responsible for leading projects teams of between 5-10 implementation consultants
The Responsibilities
Responsible for projects teams and reporting directly to the Services Team Director, you will manage project life cycles, ensuring that the team is performing and supporting to their agreed levels of service during the process. You will work with clients acting as the main ambassador for the organisation on site and ensuring that processes are successful from business analysis right through to hand over.
You will drive improvement processes, ensuring that you understand the competitor base in to develop specialist knowledge in business sectors and technological advances in order to advise and guide the sales and product development teams.
The Professional
You will either be an experienced transformation HR & Payroll systems project manager within a client facing role or and experienced HR Systems Manager within an organisation with experience of implementation and transformation. You will have the skill and communication skills to manage client relationships and have the ability to negotiate. You will be an excellent people manager with the ability to set targets and delegate within a project environment.
