Maintenance Engineer (Electrical bias)

£25000 including shift + Fantastic Pension + Training + 25 days holiday
Do you have experience of electrical maintenance and want to work for a company with brilliant training and a secure future?
You will receive ongoing training and support to be successful in this role including 17th Edition, NVQ's and specialist hydraulics courses. With fantastic order books the company have plans to expand their existing site to increase production and meet demand for their product.
Established over 40 years ago the company specialise in manufacturing plastic products for a variety of industries. You will be joining a stable workforce of over 150 employees on a site that turns over more than £12 million.
You will carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance on a range of plastic extrusion, molding and packaging machinery. This role would suit an engineer who is looking to develop their skill set with a stable world wide manufacturer.
The Role:
* Working a 2 shift system of 6-2 and 2-10.
* Electrical and mechanical maintenance of all site plant.
* 80% reactive maintenance.
* 20% planned preventative maintenance and project work.
The Person:
* Electrically qualified.
* Good electrical fault finding ability.
* Basic experience of hydraulics and pneumatics.
