Global Bank require a Product Development Manager for their Investment Banking division.
Essential Experience
Extensive global experience in and understanding of the people, systems and processes around the development and operation of the fund administration and custody services business.
In a fast paced complex environment, demonstrated leadership and ability to:
oExecute
oDevelop and articulate strategies, clear choices and other relevant analyses, taking into account both business and IT objectives
oPresent, communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels, across organisations, locally and globally, both in the business and in IT
oTo solve complex problems in a global, multi-tiered integrated application environment
A record of delivery and implementation of continuous improvement in complex multi team global environments
Awareness and broad understanding of a wide variety of technology platforms and applications including open platform, distributed technologies and communication networks. Experience with reconciliation applications in a banking, preferably investment banking, environment.
