Explosives Safety Engineer – Bristol
This world-leader is a multinational engineering and design consultancy, whether it's the upgrade of a rail network or the modelling of a flood defence system, they plan, design and enable solutions. Due to a rapidly expanding team, an Explosives Safety Engineer is required to provide a significant contribution to the Defence business.
Although a specialist in explosive safety, you will be a consultant within the Defence business with opportunities for project responsibility, training, personal challenge and enhanced career prospects across a broad range of defence and non-defence projects.
Explosives Safety Engineer- Skills/ Experience
+ Domain experience in defence environment/ explosives industry
+ Degree qualified or relevant experience
+ Chartered Engineers or equivalent
+ Interest in Safety and Supportability issues within the Explosives industry
+ Explosives safety management systems
+ Explosion effects and consequence analysis
+ General health and safety
+ Hazard identification/ analysis
Explosives Safety Engineer – Other Information
+ Candidates must be in a position to obtain UK security clearance to SC level
