2nd Line Technical Support Engineer.Southampton, Hampshire. Required to join a Global IPTV Vendor. This role will require you to provide 2nd Line specialist technical support to Customer Services, and will include undertaking System and Product related tasks.
The ideal candidate will have experience in 2 of the following areas: Experience of Audio Broadcasting Systems and Digital Video; Knowledge or experience of Video, Audio and Digital test methodologies and equipment; Knowledge of Data Telecomms Systems (IP/ Cable/ ATM/ Satellite); An appreciation of Analogue and Digital Design.
You will also be required to have experience in a high-tech electronis/ systems environment; Practical and demonstrable abilities in engineering problem solving; and also a minimum of a HND in electronic engineering or a related discipline.
