Programme and Governance Manager required by my public sector client who possess excellent IT Programme management, IT governance and planning function which ensures business IT requirements are met by Implementing and measuring/ reviewing the progress of all IT strategies, projects, and plans.
The successful candidate will be required to work with the Head of IS to develop and implement IT Strategy, Owner of the budget and procurement management process within IT, Develop and implement a project and programme management function including Programme planning, project dossier, resource planning and scheduling and Ensure benefits realisation is planned and controlled in line with the appropriate strategy elements
