My client is a leading provider of private banking and wealth management services in the UK and Europe, and is currently experienced a period of sustained growth, despite prevailing market conditions. This is an unparalleled opportunity to take on a senior role in service management within a challenging investment banking environment.
As Senior Service Manager, you'll be responsible for the BAU delivery of systems to the bank. You'll be the first point of contact for Business as Usual service issues, and will be responsible for ensuring adherence to SLAs and OLAs. You'll liaise with service partners across the business, and will take responsibility for implementing service improvement initiatives within an ITIL framework.
The successful Service Manager will have strong experience of service management within a banking (ideally private banking / wealth management) environment. You'll be ITIL qualified (at least to Foundation level, ideally ITIL Service Management qualified) and will have strong experience of incident management. You'll be comfortable dealing with business and technical teams, and will have experience of matrix management, being able to influence teams without having direct control. You'll be able to deliver structured reporting and will be able to produce results in a demanding and high-paced environment.
