IT Programme and Governance Manager with proven IT Governance and planning experience and a demonstrable knowledge of ITIL required join our client, a legal services firm.

Working with the Head of IS you will:
Develop and implement IT Strategy and own the budget and procurement management process within IT.
Develop and implement a project and programme management function including Programme planning, project dossier, resource planning and scheduling
Coach, develop and motivate the IT Governance and Planning team.
Align the IT project & programme management process to the Governance framework
Deliver quality management and project delivery
Responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of the IT Governance and Planning team.
Own the IT risk management process
Ensure that the IS team has the appropriate tools
Support IT Governance and Planning best practice.
Change and Release Management processes

Qualifications
ITIL
Prince 2 Practitioner and MSP Practitioner
