My Client requires 2 GIS developers using the ESRI ArcGIS Suite for an immediate start for a 6 month contract.

They have recently migrated to 9.2 but a number of systems are still at 9.1. The two roles include a mix of development and support work on these systems.

There are a number of projects in the current work programme which will require experience in ArcIMS 9.1 / 9.2. Further GIS internet-based development projects are also expected as a result of the LGR transition process which authorities are currently going through.

Apart from ArcIMS applications for delivery over the internet, my client also develops intranet-based systems using the ArcGIS Server development library, based on the same .net environment as ArcIMS. Because of the LGR process currently underway, some flexibility is needed in the team's ability to adapt to a changing work programme, and therefore candidates who also have ArcGIS Server 9.1 / 9.2 development skills will be of particular intrest.
