Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor/ QS – Main Contractor
My client is one of the largest Main contractors in the UK with an annual turnover of over £70million. They are involved primarily in new build projects but do have a minor civils work team too.
They are currently looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor/ Project Quantity Surveyor to be based from their Head office in London.
The role will involve joining a team of surveyors working on a wide range of new build projects in and around the London area
It is likely that you will join at the beginning of a project with an immediate start date. The client requires the Quantity Surveyor to be responsible for over £26million worth of work.
A successful candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor/ QS ideally with a contractor background with a minimum of ideally 5+ years UK Quantity Surveying experience.
You will also need to be IT literate.
Benefits
£38,000 - £45,000 per annum depending upon experience
