Objectives
Coordination of testing phases (integration testes, migration tests and user acceptance tests)
Coordination of Cut Over activities (including data migration)
Roles & Reponsabilities
Elaborate the detailed plan for testing activities
Coordination of all testing activities in collaboration with functional and developments teams and customer's resources in order to fulfill:
•Integrity of business processes built in SAP;
•Integration between SAP and “legacy” systems;
•Migration programs to be used in cut over activities
•User acceptance criteria
Ensure that all the problems identified during the testing activities are solved through the responsible team;
Elaboration the detailed plan for cut over activities (including data migration)
Coordination of all activities, in collaboration with functional and developments teams and customer's resources, in order to fulfill:
•Set up the new production environment;
•Update the new environment with all necessary data (transportation procedure and migration schedule);
•Interfaces set up (disconnect and connect activities from actual to new systems).
Solving problems identified in Cut Over activities, proposing or identifying proper solutions.
Skills
Strong knowledge regarding SAP ERP;
Knowledge in Data Migration;
Knowledge regarding ASAP methodology
Experience with Go Live stage of project life cycle;
Experience in projects for telecommunications companies;
Management experience or ability
Fluent in English or in Czech
