The Sales Manager position has been created to support the Operational Sales Director in problem resolution, distribution of information to the sales team, collation of monthly reports and also to prepare information for National Sales Meetings.
Sales Manager – Job Role:
·Support Sales team in customer retention
·Ensure activity and budget objectives are achieved in conjunction with area sales team goals.
·Ensure growth targets are achieved in turnover, growth and customer retention
·Achieve personal territory sales budgets and retention targets
·Ensure sales team are fully aware of all products and services available
·Ensure all customer are visited regularly
·Ensure company policy is adhered to
·Manage, promote and facilitate individual sales engineers personal development.
Sales Manager - Skills/ Experience
·GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
·Significant Sales experience
Sales Manager – Personalities/ Behaviours
·Gain and maintain knowledge of the product and services
·Gain and maintain knowledge of the commercial environment and the standards and regulations relevant to the business.
·Gain and maintain knowledge of competitors products
